We are currently working with a unique and specialised manufacturing business based just outside of Ipswich delivering innovative, cutting-edge biochemistry through the use of all-natural materials. The business are looking to source a Sales and Marketing/Product Coordinator to strengthen their team.

You will be responsible in managing the Product Portfolio to maximise marketplace position with insight and trend analysis. You will need to use systems to ensure all product information is recorded with detail, accuracy and kept current in line with moving market situations. The role will work closely with the sales and marketing team to coordinate and optimise market intelligence and create customer opportunity.


Manage product portfolio and marketing lists via evaluation and rationalisation. Constructing market analysis utilising consumer insight, sales evaluation, product profiling and supplier performance to determine and strengthen marketplace position.

Utlising portfolio of Flavours, NACs and Kiinotes to make appropriate recommendation to Account Managers in response to field enquiries. Using product knowledge and insight to provide structured proposition and supporting information.

Submit customer quotations under direction of Sales Director/Commercial Manager and manage pro-active customer campaigns, follow up and collate feedback with measurement of quote conversation.

Manage new product launches and promotional activity/marketing campaigns/exhibitions to support planned events in line with company brand guidelines. Some travel/attendance maybe required at events UK & Overseas.

Develop Strategic Marketing Plan under direction of Sales & Marketing Director.

To undertake any reasonable duties assigned by the Commercial Manager or Directors related to the effective and efficient performance of the business using related skills and ability.

An excellent communicator, comfortable with managing multiple tasks
Effective relationship developer
Strategic Planning and Analysis utilising current business intelligence tools
Sound administration abilities, accurate with excellent attention to detail.
IT Skills - including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM Systems

Personal Skills - Desirable but not essential

Skilled data collection and analysis techniques
Experience in Food and Beverage, Flavour, Fragrance or Chemical sectors would be advantageous
