You will be responsible for managing and conducting inspections of tenanted properties within an approximate 20 mile radius (approximately 85% field based position). Liaising and negotiating with tenants and landlords and general departmental office needs as required.
For the most part of your role you will be expected to conduct face/face meetings with tenants and demonstrate exceptional customer service. As well as having an inquisitive mind and able to demonstrate empathy to any given situation.
Time management is an essential skill that applicants will be requested to demonstrate as well as managing administrative duties and update the database daily with any reports and findings from your daily duties. You must show administrative accuracy, numeracy and be able to forward plan.
Self-motivation and accountability is an essential part of the role and being empathetic whilst negotiating is essential. It is important you are objective and thorough.
Applicants should be computer literate with customer service experience and be proficient in organisational and communication skills. You must be able to work within a fast paced and challenging but rewarding environment. Attention to detail is essential with a good work ethic both individually and as a team.
Applicants should be smart and presentable as this is a face to face role and you will be representing the company at all times.
Hours: 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday with one Saturday every three weeks with day off in lieu and occasional overtime.
A company vehicle provided during office hours however when this is not available UK Mileage Rates will apply
Salary range between £18,000 up to £20,800 for the right candidate and depending on experience.
