The core focus of this role is to provide effective and efficient HR support with a wide range of HR activities including HR processes, projects and generalist support to customers. The role sits in the Head Offices HR team and supports a diverse range of activities.
These will include;
- Supporting the evolution of HR process in line with the implementation of our new HR system, ensure that future ways of working are fit for purpose.
- Taking the lead on the development and delivery of our Welcome Day (induction) programme.
- Providing HR Generalist support to line managers and employees with a defined customer group.
- Ensuring our HR Governance and Control Framework is fit for purpose and live within the team.
The company are currently in a period of transition, with the new HR system coming in, there will be significant opportunities to improve and streamline ways of working to benefit both the HR team and the overall business. As a result, this role has a real opportunity to make a difference. Delivering great HR basics is a key enabler to us working with the business in a range of other value adding ways and this role will have a focus in both areas. As a result, it provides a great development opportunity for someone to take their great HR generalist knowledge and experience and use this to make a difference.
