An exciting opportunity has presented itself within a reputable, award winning business based on the outskirts of Ipswich who are seeking an Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The main purpose of this position is to provide general support to Head Office, Teams & Directors as required.


•Reception duties, to include; First responder for incoming & directing telephone calls, monitor company calendar to prepare for, greet and sign in site visitors, organise and provide client hospitality, carry out front of house duties to ensure presentable appearance at all times
•Monitor & re-order Office Stationery, Office Sundries, Promotional Items and Amazon Deliveries as necessary
•Data entry into internal systems, such as customer/supplier quotes and samples
•Preparation and packing of promotional items to support marketing events & exhibitions
•Booking of accommodation & making travel arrangements
•Provide role cover for Business Development and Internal Sales departments during times of annual/sick leave
•To undertake any reasonable duties assigned by the Sales Support Manager or Directors related to the effective and efficient performance of the business using related skills and ability

Personal Requirements Essential

•Experience in a customer facing role
•Strong Organisational & Time Management Skills
•Sound administration abilities, accurate with excellent attention to detail
•IT Skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM Systems)

Based in Great Blakenham, Ipswich
Parking on site
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Salary - £18,000-£20,000
