I am recruiting on behalf of a forward thinking environmentally focused company on the outskirts of Ipswich that is looking for a Production Operative to expand on their existing team. Your new award winning company manufactures exciting product lines that leave their customers with a good taste in their mouth.

You will be; precise, quick thinking, able to follow SOP's & a team player. You must also have an imaginative flare as you will be helping with new product development.

Day to day you will be:-

•Producing existing product lines in safe and methodical manner
•Proposing new Idea's & proposing solutions to challenges
•Ensure work environment is clean, tidy in line with quality standards

Ideally you will have:-

•1+ years of production experience
•Be interested in scientific manufacturing
•Understanding of current food safety regulations
•Previously used a forklift
•An ability to work under pressure & to deadlines
•A Key eye for detail & quality focused
•Own transport due to location
