I am currently working with a company based on the outskirts of Ipswich, in their search for a Sales Administrator to join their team. The main purpose of this role is to provide excellent customer service, sales and administrative support to the Sales Department.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an administration role as well as dealing directly with customers. You must have good IT skills and experience working on spreadsheets. You will be required to have good attention to detail to ensure records are kept accurate and up to date.

Main duties to include:
•Sales ordering process, raising and despatching sales invoices, service records and ancillary purchase orders
•Controlling equipment deliveries and installation arrangements
•Organising and managing returns
•Build relationships with key customers to ensure good communication and management of expectations
•Liaise with Sales Management on general day to day matters
•Assist with technical calls
•Maintain up to date service records in line with company procedures
•Liaise with sales, parts and technical departments daily on service call progress
•General enquiries
•Communicating with customers to update them on machine progress
•Organising collections and updating system
•Customer intranet updates
•Quotation follow-ups and pro-forma follow-ups
•Daily filing

Additional Information
Hours: Monday to Friday Full Time
You will be required to drive due to location parking on site
Salary: £19,000
