I am very pleased to be representing my client - an award-winning market leading manufacturer of luxury products s are looking for an experienced, full time, permanent Sales Executive.

Based near Bury St Edmunds, the Sales Executive will work within the Sales Team responsible for delivering a high level of sales support to the Consultant surveyors whilst maximising opportunities to convert enquiries into sales. The first point of contact for all new enquiries through to preparing quotations, delivering exceptional customer service internally and externally and providing high quality, effective administration to the sales function.

Other key duties and responsibilities include:

. Prepare quotes in conjunction with the Consultant Surveyors within 1-3 days of the survey forwarding to customers and following up in a timely manner.
. Deliver high quality, effective administration to the sales function
. Maintain and develop strong professional relationship with customers
. Handle new enquiries via telephone, email and face to face through showroom visits
. Compile and dispatch catalogues
. Arrange customer site surveys
. Diary management
. Actively maintain and manage the customer database
. Manage all queries and concerns, professionally, commercially and effectively ensuring customer satisfaction
. Effectively communicate with all areas of the business with regard to customer related issues/information/clarification and/or other departments as required
. Provide support to colleagues and other teams in the organisation where required
. High quality general administrative duties
. Develop and maintain market and competitor analysis
. Contribute to product development and promotional activity
· Maintain and develop relationships with customers via telephone and emails to ensure queries, concerns and support are effectively dealt with
· Commitment to continual professional development

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

· Sales experience
. Experience in delivering high quality work to deadlines
. Good geographical knowledge
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word applications
· Strong numeracy skills
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills

On offer is a salary from £22,000 up to £25,000 per annum dependant on experience with OTE of £31,000. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a niche company who pride themselves on their products and family feel. Based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, they are easily accessible from the A14.
