My client, a large scale supplier of manufacturing equipment are seeking a confident, proactive and forward thinking Administrator to join their team. This role will initially be to cover Maternity however there is a definite opportunity for permanent recruitment for the right person, once the contract has finished!

Duties of the position will initially include the below, however there is a plan to grow and develop throughout the contract to shape a varied and busy role of which you will assume in a permanent capacity!
•Consistently monitoring and maintaining the website
•Researching machinery for product information via Google & Internal Database
•Taking appropriate photographs to be displayed on the website
•Uploading machinery imagery and product information on to the website
•Complete fortnightly marketing mailshots product information provided
•Generating orders using the CRM system
•Recording stock information
•Answering the telephone, taking messages and redirecting calls
•Support the sales team with aftersales Administration
•Minimum of 2 years' experience working in Administration Essential
•Good IT Skills
•Website Maintenance desirable/preferred
•Confident with the ability to ask questions and take a pro-active approach

•Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm (30 minutes for lunch)
•Salary: £18,000-£20,000 depending on experience
•20 days holiday + BH rising to 23 days after 5 years in service and 26 days after 10 years.
