The main responsibilities of this position involve the administration and general office duties at the manufacturing site and company HQ. The role is part of the operations team, reporting to the operations manager, and involves general administration and customer / supplier interaction.
Please Note - you MUST have SAGE & EXPORT DOCUMENTATION experience/knowledge to be considered for this position.
•Management of engineers travel arrangements - flights and hotels
•Sales order processing with Sage line 50
•Posting supplier invoices and reconciliation with Sage and MRP
•Purchase order creation and handling
•Preparing shipping documentation (for export)
•Answering the telephone and switchboard control
•Statistical data gathering and preparation of charts and graphs
•Obtaining freight quotes
•Customer service administration
•Meeting preparation and catering arrangements
•Document printing and checking
•Minimum 2 years' experience in a role dealing with Export Documentation
•Knowledge of Sage
•NVQ Level 3 / National Diploma / 2x A levels
•Good logical troubleshooting techniques.
•Good verbal and written communication skills.
•Excellent attention to detail
•Willing to learn new tasks and systems
•Confident with Windows, Excel, Word.

Salary: £19,000 to £21,000 depending on experience
25 days holiday plus UK bank holidays
Hours Monday to Friday 9am-5:30 with 30 minutes for lunch
You must hold a full driving license due to location
