An exciting opportunity has presented itself for a Part Time Administrator to join an Agricultural business based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds for a 12 Month Maternity Cover Contract.
This position will require someone with good Administration and Customer Service experience. Knowledge of Export and Purchasing is desirable but not essential. The role will be based working within the Procurement and Purchasing department managing export documentation and booking containers.
Other duties will include:
•Managing export documents scanning, filing etc.
•Basic purchasing administration duties
•Liaising with external agents
•Preparing shipping paperwork
•Ad hoc administration duties
The start date for this position will be January 2020 with a view to the role finishing in December 2020.
Hours are Monday to Friday 9am-2pm
Salary is £18,000-£22,000 Pro-Rata Depending on experience
