Their growing company is seeking to hire an experienced Sales Administrator to support the sales function of the growing business and deliver excellent customer service.
•Support the Sales Team to deliver the business sales targets and KPI's
•Provide a first point of contact for customers
•Provide excellent customer service
•Take inbound order requests
•Order Processing, order dispatch, delivery notes
•Provide customer quotes
•Build and nurture customer relationships
•Undertake administrative tasks
•Handle new installer enquiries
•Gain a comprehensive understanding of the product range
Skills and experience:
•Passionate about working in a fast moving, changing environment
•Experience in customer relationship management
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
•Dedication to providing great customer service
•Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
Experience of working in any of the following:
•Experience of working with Sage
•Call Centre Inbound / Outbound
•Previous Sales Experience
Hours Monday to Friday Full Time
Salary: Circa £21,000
Start Date As soon as possible
Location: Stowmarket, Suffolk must have own transport as you may also be required to travel to other locations to perform the duties of the role, including elsewhere in the UK.
