An amazing and extremely exciting opportunity has arisen with an international marketing led farming business to join their renowned 2 year Farm Management Training Scheme. The scheme comprises of four six-month placements working across the farming business in an array of leadership roles and learning from industry experts along the way. The scheme is tailored to each individual to enable you to gain the most out of your time. You will also gain an accredited Level 5 Management qualification leading you to become a well-rounded Manager by the end of the 2 years.

With team building and exciting away days bringing you and the rest of the Management Trainees together, possible International opportunities in countries such as Spain, USA, Czech or Senegal and first hand exposure to the wonderful world of Agriculture and Fresh Produce from likeminded people what are you waiting for?
