I am interested in speaking to candidates who ideally have ideally had some previous experience working in sales or a similar and relevant skill set. This is a vital position within the team to assist with the smooth running of daily operations. This role would suit someone with previous sales administration or administration experience working within busy, fast paced environments.
•Processing paperwork e.g. raising orders, dealing with customers on the phone, over email, and face to face at our trade counter
•Working closely with external sales staff to ensure orders are processed correctly
•Liaising with other departments and depots
•Raising and chasing customer quotes to an agreed time frame
•Good organisational skills
•Good/confident telephone manner
•Computer skills and knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel
•Good communications skills, both oral and written
•Confident and polite
•Ability to work within a small team, under pressure and at speed
•Ability to follow instructions
•Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
•GSCE in Maths and English C or above (or equivalent)

•Previous experience within a sales environment

•Good time keeping and attendance record

•Ability to learn and willing to progress
Once established in the role of administrator the plan is to progress within the team and be actively involved in the sales team.
This will be achieved by providing the relevant support and training in order to develop into this element of the role.
Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30-5:30
Location: Outskirts of Woolpit, Suffolk
Parking on site own transport required due to location
