This role would suit someone with good administration and organisational skills as well as a good understanding of IT. You will ideally have had some experience working on websites and a knowledge or interest of selling on online marketplaces as a job or even a hobby!
Your main tasks will include:
·Collating relevant information including copy, imagery, data sheets and inputting this information to our website (we have access to designers and copywriters where required to assist)
·Liaising with marketing department or similar of key suppliers to obtain materials necessary for on-boarding of product to the company website and various third party marketplaces
·Liaising with internal stakeholders for the creation of assets i.e. imagery, copy and PDFs for the company website
·Uploading of new products to product database / website based on best practice. This initially includes product pages but could also lead to category pages, brand pages and other online content
·Additional support across the team where required
·High attention to detail
·Ability to run multiple projects' at once
·Relevant experience relating to this role
·Strong time management skills
·Experience of WordPress or other CMS (Content Management System)
·Experience of working in an ecommerce environment
This is an office based role in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. This business have stated they would ideally like someone full time for this position however they will consider part time applications should they have all the relevant experience for the role!
