I have the pleasure of recruiting a Maternity Cover role working for a large scale, international manufacturing company based in Mildenhall. Specialising in a number of bespoke products, this fast moving business are seeking a Sales Administrator/Office Support professional to start from the 22nd July for one year.

Working with a small team based in a production/office environment you will be required to work alongside the Product Manager however will be solely responsible for the delivery of the below responsibilities. Previous experience in a similar role will be required as you will be expected to know the basics of this position, however product training will be provided.

Your duties will include:
•Processing product orders within ERP and processing invoices for all sales transactions
•Ensure order intake and bookings are correct and up to date, check on pricing, delivery, payments, etc.
•Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
•Liaise with the finance department to ensure accounts are operated correctly
•Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries and communicate important feedback from customers internally
•Chasing sales quotes
•Raising quotations
•Producing monthly reports
•Maintaining our CRM System (SalesForce.com)
•Assisting with travel booking
•First point of contact for sales representatives
•Distribution of post
•Creation of job folders, and collation of all relative information
•Placing of purchases orders
•Progressing of purchase orders
•Raising quotations (for purchasing)
•Updating purchase information on Caliach
•General Front office/reception duties
•Preparation of dispatch notes
•Booking transport

•Relevant experience in a similar front of house' role
•Excellent interpersonal skills to present a welcoming and professional face of the business
•Highly effective organisational skills.
•Excellent communication skills both written and spoken English.
•Experience of all Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word and Excel).
•Maths & English GCSE (grade C or above)
•Computer literate
•Ability to act calmly and efficiently under duress, following procedures as required
•Demonstrate the ability to deal accurately with data input
•Basic knowledge of placing purchase orders, and progressing.

Additional Information:
•Company based in Mildenhall
•Parking on site
•Salary £20,000-£24,000 depending on experience
•Maternity Cover Contract for a minimum of one year.
•This position will be paid on a temporary/weekly basis for one year via Compass Point Recruitment.
