As a website administrator you will be expected to assist the Marketing team and the off-site Agency with all aspects of website maintenance from the CRM system to the front end enquiries managing offers shown on the site for all our franchises and updating media from the Manufacturers.
You will be responsible for updating offers at the end of a Quarter and dealing with daily management of website enquiries and leads as well as follow ups and communication information from reviewers and Trust Pilot, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
You will carry out regular checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of our product imagery, website copy and product categorisation and page filtering options ensuring our vehicles are displayed effectively.
You will price check and manage website data and some SEO or Optimisation
Skills and Experience- Previous experience as a website administrator or Ecommerce administrator or college training would be required.
Excellent working knowledge of visual editing programmes essential
Salary from £19,000 to £21,000 or by negotiation for fully experienced member of the team - Flexible working hours to 35 hours per week.
