My client based in Bury St Edmunds require an Internal Sales Consultant, to join their dynamic sales team in order to strengthen the company's presence within a competitive marketplace.

My client is a market leading manufacturer of flat roof Skylights and provide quality products to both the Residential and Commercial sectors within the Building Services industry.

Having enjoyed continued growth and success since conception this position presents an exciting opportunity to join a thriving company that has much to offer.

Operating at the high end of the market, offering a whole host of USP's, and are the only company in the industry to hold the highly acclaimed British Standard Institute (BSI) Kitemark, and were recognised as East Anglia's Business of the Year in 2016.

The role of the Internal Sales Consultant will be to proactively engage with new and existing customers via telephone communication and email. To actively seek out leads and ensure that all new prospect information is detailed on the CRM system.

Also dealing with incoming sales enquiries, ensuring that outstanding customer service is provided at all times. Estimating and preparing quotations and following those quotations up to ensure you are maximising the conversion rate in engaging with customers both existing and new plays a significant part of the role.

Although this is an office based position there will be in time the possibility of this developing into an external role.

For this position we are seeking candidates who have a good amount of experience in Business to Business Sales and ideally some understanding of the Construction/ Building Services industries.

Previous experience within a similar building service industry provider would also be highly desirable, but not essential if you can demonstrate with confidence that you are a professional and driven sales person.

The ability to engage, and forge strong relationships with customers is a must. Excellent customer services skills and as well as a good working knowledge with MS Office is also required.

A competitive salary (based on experience) is offered as well as very lucrative uncapped commission scheme. Life assurance, and company pension scheme are also offered after a qualifying period. The successful candidate will report to the Sales Director.
