I am currently working with a Family own Agricultural company, who are looking to recruit a Part Time Office Administrator to provide support to the Divisional Manager, QS and Project Engineer. This role requires initiative, drive and commitment and a good level of Administration experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a P/T position to join a great team, within a medium sized business, based in a modern office environment!

Your duties will include:

•Typing, filing, printing (inc. technical drawing)
•Maintaining records incl. scanning daily post
•File Management and Document Archiving
•Training - ensuring all team members complete monthly online Company Training
•H & S in Office (recording & carrying out weekly checks & monthly audits as well as yearly audit visit from H&S company)
•Handling of incoming telephone calls
•Greeting visitors
•Diary management
•Compilation of divisional documents
•Stationery stock management
•Sorting post
•Proactively manage office health and safety including compliance with procedure and policy

•Logging enquiries, producing quotations and setting up job files for confirmed orders
•Sub-contractors Insurance data base
•Booking in and computer input of purchase invoices, producing statements
•Production & allocation of sales invoices to project costs

•Management and maintenance of CRM system - looking at ways to utilize the system to its full potential
•Supplier and Customer Database, including insurance, tax profiles for sub-contractors and suppliers and health & safety

•Liaison and communication with colleagues, customers, suppliers, local authorities, government agencies and utility companies

Additional Information:
Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm
Salary: £10+ per hour.
Start Date: Monday 5th August (Negotiable)
Parking on site.
