Sales Support Administrator
Location: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
Salary Range: £18,000 - £22,000 (Depending on experience)

A business specialist company in Bury St Edmunds is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their small team on a full time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have solid, long term administration skills and experience with processes and commercial business acumen.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who would like to be part of an exciting business, a personable team and the chance to grow your skills and knowledge in this niche business! You will be required to use your initiative, have a client facing role in the business as well as being an integral part of the company projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

•Managing customer enquiries, ensuring all details are input to the companies CRM system and following up to ensure all are followed up as appropriate
•Take a proactive role in developing / uploading and managing website content
•Uploading approved materials to external websites as required
•Answering incoming calls on behalf of the company and appropriately directing enquiries in a professional manner
•General customer liaison / communication to ensure company records and sales materials are up to date
•Providing general administration support to the team including filing, mailshot printing / producing email campaigns etc.
•Credit checking each prospective buyer/seller
•To input and update/seller details onto the CRM system
•Confirm arrangement for meetings ensuring all details are correct and communicated to relevant personnel
•To put together the marketing material with the brokers help and approval, using templates
•Undertaking any additional tasks as required

In addition to the above you can expect to use quiet period to conduct internet research to develop target lists of potential clients in key market sectors.

The Individual:

•Happy working with limited supervision
•Comfortable with developing proposals for process improvement / commercial development.
•Proactive and able to make good use of quiet periods
•Organised individual who can manage time and work to deadlines.
•Able to communicate professionally by telephone and email / letter.
•Enjoy working in a small team

In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Pension scheme and free parking on-site. This role is commutable from Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket, Thetford, Sudbury and Stowmarket.
