Marketing Project Executive

I am excited to be working with a large and leading business based in Bury St Edmunds, in their search for a Marketing Project Executive on a full time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy, fast paced marketing department.

The role

The Marketing Project Executive reports to the Head of Marketing, working collaboratively with the Marketing team and other business areas to help deliver initiatives and projects. The role supports the delivery of marketing activity at the agreed cost and with quality improvements in processes to deliver the implementation improvements on time and within budget.

Key Accountabilities:
·King Deals Sales focus
-New Supplier relationships and negotiating best deals for partners
-Monthly reporting and rebate
·PP.Net Project Manager/Owner
·Internal Comms
-Weekly partner email, Weekly BDM email, Facebook Group
·Survey Monkey
·Accommodation offer and support
-Marketing toolkit, Social media assets
-Manage reviews

Key Relationships:
·Marketing team
·Operations team OMs, BDMs
·Support functions (office/field) all levels
·Third Party Suppliers

·A passion for people, pubs, retail and customer service excellence.
·High level of IT literacy and knowledge including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
