The ideal candidate will have previous administration/customer service experience and solid IT skills, ideally working within SAP and Microsoft Office programs.
It is the objective of a Customer Service Advisor to provide excellent customer service with the highest standard of communication and care to the customer via email, telephone or fax and to ensure the needs of the customer are being satisfied. Previous experience of this is essential.
Duties for this role will include:
•Answering the telephone and providing help and advice to customers
•Processing National and International orders
•Invoicing and compile Daily Sales report
•Monitoring Stock Levels
•Helping to print and collate marketing material
•Liaising with Sales, Dispatch, Production and International Departments
•Issuing credit notes to customers
•Handling customer complaints
•Keeping accurate records of discussions of correspondence with customers
•Learning about our products and services and keeping up to date with changes
•Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm
•Annual Leave: 20 days + bank holidays increasing by a day per year with each year completed (Up to 27 days)
This role is commutable from Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Ely, Soham, Mildenhall, Thetford and all surrounding villages.
