Job Title: Marketing Assistant - part time 22.5 hrs per week, flexible hours and days
Location: Bury St Edmunds
Salary: £25,000 FTE

This is a fantastic opportunity if you are interested in coming into the insurance industry to develop the business and the company's online, digital and marketing portfolio. You will be at the heart of driving the marketing campaigns with an increased emphasis on social media and digital marketing whilst utilising your copywriting marketing skills. You will be supporting the Business Development Team and you will be expected to communicate at all levels, including producing e-newsletters and marketing literature, updating brokers and keeping up to date with competitor presence and market activity.

Your Role
•Market, competitor and product research
•Assessing the results of a marketing campaign
•Assisting with the production of marketing materials and literature
•To work closely with the Business Development Team to identify new marketing areas
•Provide support for marketing activities, events and exhibitiions
•Research and write articles and produce promotional material
•Updating and maintaining the marketing department's library of documentation and databases
•To liaise with all 'Teams' to collate Treating Customers Fairly/good news stories for internal use and marketing material
•Support Business Development Teams on product launches and marketing campaigns
•Learning about the company's products and services and keeping up to date with changes


You will need
•Excellent administration, organisation and communication skills
•Digital marketing experience
•Knowledge and experience is a must in Adobe photoshop, InDesign, illustrator, Acrobat Professional, Captivate and MS Office Products.
•Social Media optimisation marketing knowledge and experience
•You must have a technical mindset and have excellent planning skills
•eMarketing, SEO, Google Analytics and competitive market analysis
•Basic HTML skills
