Job Title: Learning and Development Coordinator
Location: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
Hours: Monday Friday 9am- 5:30pm
Salary: £20,000-£24,000 (Depending on experience)
Reporting to: Senior Learning and Development Manager
Start Date: ASAP
Please note this role will involve some travelling to other organisations and the occasional overnight stay.

My client, a leading health solutions provider, is recruiting for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join their team. This accredited and successful company offers an employee a number of company benefits, a fantastic working environment and a brilliant town location.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is invested in the Training, Learning and Development of a business and being instrumental in the delivery and content of all training. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in this type of role and have passion and drive to lead in providing high quality learning.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

•Manage and monitor regulatory requirements for staff training ensuring all employees complete the required competence training and providing monthly reports to the L&D lead
•Support the L&D lead with design and delivery of training requirements including leading face to face training sessions
•Undertake evaluation of all L&D interventions following training events reporting against agreed KPI's
•Point of contact for our online learning system
•Storyboard and create e-learning content, maintaining and growing our online library also being involved in media production, including videos, webinars and podcasts
•Contribute to L&D communications using a variety of mediums including posters, infographics, intranet etc.
•Manage the online L&D schedule updating as necessary
•Assist the L&D lead to identify training needs for all employees using training needs analysis & ensure delivery of best practice learning
•All other tasks commensurate with the role on an ad hoc basis

Person Specification:

•Ability to analyse data and identify trends
•Effective communication both verbally and written
•Exceptional interpersonal skills demonstrated through behaviours
•Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
•Ability to grasp new technology quickly and keep up with new developments in L&D
•Knowledge of using Articulate Storyline and Photoshop
•Excellent organisational skills
•Be able to use computer applications effectively
•Minimum of 2 A-Levels or equivalent
