The role of Customer Services Administrator is to provide efficient and professional customer service to all who contact the business. In this role you will be expected to have an excellent understanding of the company products (training provided) and to grow and build long term relationships with customers.
Your key duties will include:
•One of the primary contacts for the UK business, responsible to ensure a high quality of customer service
•Using CRM' to report all contact and activity with Dealer' partners to manage work load and information flow
•Ensure all customer orders and enquiries are administered correctly using SAP
•Communicating with customers regarding the repairs to their tools
•Ensure all activities undertaken follow policy and procedures
•Work within a team liaising with Logistics', Service' and Finance' departments
The ideal candidate will:
•Have previous experience working within a customer service consultant or similar role
•Knowledge of software packages CRM, Microsoft Word, SAP, Excel and Outlook or similar packages
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8:30am-5pm
Friday 8:30am 3pm
Salary: Circa £18,000
•Death in Service
•28 days holiday + 1 extra day for your birthday (after 1 year with the business)
