Administration and Marketing Support Officer
Location: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
Salary Range: £18,000 - £22,000 (Depending on experience)
Parking on site

A business specialist company in Bury St Edmunds are looking for an Administration and Marketing Support Officer to join their small their team on a full time basis. The ideal candidate will have solid, long term administration skills and a keen interest in marketing and social media input.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who would like to be part of an exciting business, a personable team and the chance to grow your skills and knowledge in this niche business!

Your responsibilities will include:

•Managing customer enquiries, ensuring all details are input to the companies CRM system and following up to ensure all are followed up as appropriate.
•Developing and managing and social media content and campaigns to optimise network development and increase website footfall.
•Take a proactive role in developing / uploading and managing website content.
•Uploading approved materials to external websites as required.
•Answering incoming calls on behalf of the company and appropriately directing enquiries in a professional manner
•General customer liaison / communication to ensure company records and sales materials are up to date.
•Providing general administration support to the team including filing, mailshot printing / franking, producing email campaigns etc.
•Undertaking any additional tasks as required

In addition to the above you can expect to use quiet period to conduct internet research to develop target lists of potential clients in key market sectors.

The Individual:

•Happy working with limited supervision
•Comfortable with developing proposals for process improvement / commercial development.
•Proactive and able to make good use of quiet periods
•Organised individual who can manage time and work to deadlines.
•Able to communicate professionally by telephone and email / letter.
•Enjoy working in a small team
