I am currently supporting a successful and large scale property business, who is recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join their team.
Your main duties will include:
•Liaising with the Graphics and Design and Technical Departments to produce marketing literature including development brochures, site plans, floor plans, CGIs, signage and marketing suite displays
•Creating briefs for development brochures including copywriting and arranging photography
•Arranging development and Show Home photography/videos
•Briefing the marketing agency on marketing campaigns including emails, online adverts, press adverts, leaflets, outdoor advertising, radio adverts, etc.
•Ensuring timely and targeted campaign bookings with the media buying agency
•Liaising with the PR agency to ensure all key events are covered. Proof reading all output
•Managing customer databases for coming soon developments to the extent of contacting/responding to potential purchasers and updating CRM database
•Keeping track of the marketing budget, ensuring spending is on time, on budget and planned activity is reviewed regularly
•Working closely with the Sales Advisors to ensure the marketing strategy is effective for each development and supporting them with CRM software queries
•Liaising with Estate Agents to ensure they have necessary marketing literature and up to date information, attending meetings with Estate Agents to discuss marketing activity and creating marketing plans for agents to implement
•Reviewing effectiveness of campaigns and using this knowledge for future marketing plans
•Sole responsibility for online content for the region including company website, RightMove and Estate Agent listings on any other online portals ensuring content is correct, refreshed regularly and enticing
•Monitoring and reviewing competitor activity, advising on best practice
•Ensuring stock levels of marketing literature are maintained
What an ideal candidate would look like:
•Experience of working in a similar role
•Experience in website content management systems
•Proven copywriting ability
•Educated to A Level standard or equivalent
•Excellent communication skills, particularly able to write in an engaging manner to suit a variety of audiences
•Good time management and ability to manage own workload
•Highly computer literate, specifically in Microsoft Office packages and databases.
•Excellent attention to detail, especially in written language and presentation.
•Excellent telephone manner
•Self- motivated and highly organised
•Ability to make decisions and use own initiative
•An eye for accuracy
