This company, a market leader in their field, are currently recruiting for a Payroll, Pensions and HR Assistant to join their team to cover for a period of maternity. This role will be a 9 month contract.
Reporting into the HR Manager with regular liaison with the Accountant, you will be responsible for:
Processing 2 monthly Payrolls
Inputting payroll information onto the system
Dealing with and resolving queries
Chasing for overtime sheets, sickness and holiday forms
Calculating PAYE, NI, SMP, SSP etc
Processing P45s, P60s, P11ds
Liaising with the Accountant to ensure all changes are completed
Assisting the HR Manager with HR admin
To be successful in your application, you will have previous Payroll experience and be available for work on short notice. You will be happy to commit to a 9 month contract.
The hours are 9am - 5pm with one hour for lunch, Free parking on-site.
This role is commutable from Diss, Eye, Thetford, Bury St Edmunds and all surrounding villages.
