*Fluent French Speaking* Customer Services Administrator
Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm 37.5 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a *Fluent French Speaking* Customer Services Administrator to join a publications business based in Bury St Edmunds. This role will require you to support customers over the phone and via email with their orders and any queries relating to the products. The role offers variety and a friendly working environment.

It is essential that you are able to speak *Fluent French* to be considered for this position.

Duties to include:


•Manage Customer calls and emails relating to orders or product information
•Ensure calls and emails are responded to within a reasonable timeframe and ensure customers are kept fully informed of progress at all times
•Responding to customer queries in a professional manner at all times
•Liaise with internal departments as required (Accounts, Purchasing, Logistics)
•Understanding customer requirements and where necessary, advising customers of suitable alternatives
•Liaising directly with French customers over the telephone and email.
•Reply to daily email enquiries within 24 hours to;
oKey New Accounts
oMaintain Current Customer Accounts
oHandle payments, exchanges and refunds
•Provide customers with product information and help with our Webshops
•Writing to customers via email and post
•Liaising with the postal system and couriers regarding orders
•Using Zendesk email system for communication with external clients
•Placing and maintaining orders through Microsoft Dynamics
•Using ChannelAdvisor for all market-place Store Fronts with respect to refunds and product queries

Essential
Experience:Fluent French (verbal and written)

Skills:
•Ability to daily prioritise work load to meet deadlines
•Excellent keyboard skills and knowledge of Microsoft products
•Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
•Able to take direction from and supporting other colleagues
•Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.
