We are recruiting Recruitment Consultants! Compass Point Recruitment is an independent recruitment consultancy that has been established for over 20 years and has built an excellent reputation in the local market. As the ideal candidate, you will be extremely driven and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a background in a sales environment. You will be results orientated, a strong listener, resourceful and motivated by success as well as being able to thrive in a sales environment.
Your role will require you to develop and manage your own portfolio of clients and source the most suitable candidates. You will build partnerships with both your clients and candidates and have the opportunity to consult with decision makers in many different businesses across a local remit.
Consultants are given the autonomy to develop their own dedicated division and contribute to the business as a whole. You will also be provided with an established database of clients and candidates and be given all the support and tools you need to be successful!

We offer an excellent starting salary with a competitive commission and bonus scheme. Incentives are abundant and performance is rewarded and recognised regularly. We can also offer flexibility in working hours if needed.
