I am delighted to be working with a Haverhill based company, specialising in screen printing and digital print, in the recruitment of a Sales Co-ordinator/Administrator to work alongside the Sales Director and Bespoke Director. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
•Providing quotations from requests to existing European and UK Customer base using price list guidelines set by the Management
•Generating Sales orders and producing associated documentation resulting from won quotations or repeat jobs for both our European and UK customer base
•Have day to day control over our European customer base from enquiries, through to quotations, order processing, production progress, sample requests etc.
•Agreeing suitable delivery deadlines with Customers, ensuring that these dates are viable by assessing workload on the production schedules
•Ensuring that all information is available to allow the smooth running of jobs through the order cycle e.g. available and useable artwork, delivery addresses
•Overseeing the shared bespoke production schedule spreadsheet and ensuring that responses both internally and externally are met by set deadlines to ensure that the delivery is made on time
•Liaising with The Bespoke Director on larger quotations to discuss the proposed pricing; acting on feedback and pricing accordingly
•Ensuring that all software systems are utilised fully to allow the Management Team to produce accurate and meaningful reports
•Dealing with Customer complaints, recording these for ISO 9001, and taking the appropriate action
The ideal candidate will:
•Will be able to speak other languages such as German, Spanish etc. desirable
•Possess meticulous attention to detail
•Will have strong Sales Administration experience (Minimum of 2 years)
•Have strict organisational skills and be able to work to deadlines
•Full Driving Licence and Own Transport required due to location
