I am currently supporting a successful and large scale property business, who are recruiting for an Administrator to join their team, supporting the Marketing Manager. The position requires someone with exceptional attention to detail, ability to retain information and has a forward thinking attitude.

This role would suit someone looking for a long term Administration role ideally with experience working on websites and dealing with data entry. For this position it is essential the candidate is a stickler for accuracy and enjoys working within a structured role, as it will require you to complete similar tasks on a daily basis.

This is a crucial role within the business and the position holds a lot of importance for the successful marketing of the properties for the business. You will need to be passionate about your duties and ensure they are completed to a high standard at all times.

Your main duties will include:

•Responsible for electronic and hard copy marketing communications
•Liaising with the Graphics and Design and Technical Departments to produce accurate marketing literature
•Supporting the Marketing Manager in the development of Show Home photography/360 tours
•Updating development and plot information on the website and property portals, ensuring content is correct, refreshed regularly and enticing
•Managing all images, ensuring virtual tours and photography are up to date and catalogued
•Updating PR and news items on the website with pre-written content
•Managing and ordering the stock of all marketing materials and distributing to sales offices as required
•Briefing marketing initiatives such as emails, online adverts, press adverts, leaflets, outdoor advertising as required
•Attending meetings that may be necessary in the performance of your duties
•Undertaking any additional tasks as may reasonably be required from time to time

The Ideal Candidate:

•Experience in website content management systems Desirable
•Proven copywriting ability Desirable
•Educated to A Level standard or equivalent
•Excellent communication skills
•Good time management and ability to manage own workload
•Highly computer literate, specifically in Microsoft Office packages and databases.
•Excellent attention to detail, especially in written language and presentation.
•Self- motivated and highly organised
•Ability to make decisions and use own initiative
•An eye for accuracy Essential

This position is based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds and is commutable from surrounding areas such as Stowmarket, Newmarket, and Thetford and accessible from the A14. There is free parking on site also.
