I am currently working with a Bury St Edmunds based business in their recruitment of an Executive Assistant supporting the CEO and Senior Management teams. This is a business that has a clear purpose, which is supported by a common set of values which drives their decisions, form their principles and unite them as an organisation!

This position requires a candidate to have a minimum of 4 years' experience working at an Executive Assistant level, reporting directly to senior management. You must be flexible in your working hours as on occasion this role will not be a 9-5 job! Due to the business working across various time zones, you will be expected to start and finish at varying times.

The type of candidate this role requires is someone with a strong character, who is resilient, persistent and works in a methodical manner. You will be required to manage staff, so experience of this previously is essential. You will need to be incredibly organised, professional and able to work discreetly and sustain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks include:

•Provide support to the CEO and Senior Leadership team by planning and managing team meetings, diaries, including managing agendas, booking conference calls/meeting rooms, catering etc. for CEO and SLT as required
•Liaison with Group Executive Assistants to ensure the CEO and other leadership team members are supported in their preparation for Group functional and board meetings
•Working across various time zones and being available as required
•Travel co-ordination including arranging flights, taxis and accommodation for senior management team and other staff members as required, ensuring a cost-effective service is always provided
•Management of site administration duties, including line management of Reception staff and lead on site catering events, in partnership with catering providers
•Producing PowerPoint presentations and reports
•Preparation of documents for meeting
•Maintain a strong working relationship with other departments
