This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative and forward thinking company based in Bury St Edmunds, who due to continued growth are looking for a proactive and technically minded Sales Executive to join their team!
You will be responsible for developing business from both new and existing customers, promoting and selling a diverse range of services and products.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing new business through outbound calling, website generated leads and marketing campaigns
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
- Building and maintaining your sales pipeline, whilst managing your own workload to meet KPI's
- Advising customers on the best products and services to suit their needs
- Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of services and products (regular training will be provided)
- Demonstrate commercial awareness, maximising margins achieved
- Ensuring the CRM system is accurately updated
- Positively participating to team and company meetings
To be successful in your application you will have a minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience and experience of working within a targeted environment. An excellent telephone manner is essential, along great attention to detail. You will be resilient and thrive from working in a fast paced environment, with strong time management skills.
