I have an exciting and rare opportunity for a company based in Brandon, who is looking to grow their business by implementing a new HR function and invite a HR Manager to join the team. The core responsibilities for this HR Manager include driving the recruitment processes, supporting the in-house training functions and driving new projects within the business.
My client is keen to meet with HR professionals who enjoy having autonomy and presenting new ideas to improve business culture and enhance the employee relations policies and procedures. As this is a newly created position within the company, this person needs to bring with them previous strong HR experience and be qualified to level 5 CIPD as a minimum. You need to be a confident decision maker and able to follow through ideas from start to finish. You will be resilient and willing to become the go-to person within the business!
This role will be reporting into the company Directors who are open to changes within the business and are excited to be welcoming a new and fresh approach!
Additional Information & Benefits:
•Salary Circa £30,000
•Full time hours Monday to Friday.
•20 days annual leave + bank holidays, which increases after 3 years.
•Auto enrolment pension scheme
•Healthcare after 3 years in the business
