•Answering and dealing with phone calls from staff, customers and suppliers
•Liaising with staff to organise jobs and schedule daily workloads
•Confirming orders and arranging time sensitive deliveries with suppliers
•Maintaining database and updating customer records
•Collation of completed order details from suppliers and sub-contractors
•Occasional minute taking and meeting & greeting of visitors
•Well organised and forward thinking.
•Good telephone manner and computer skills.
•A flexible approach with a can do' attitude
•Ability to prioritise and complete tasks within timeframes
•Attention to detail
•Competent computer skills - familiarity with Word, Excel & Databases.
•Previous administration role or experience preferred.
•Minimum hours 30 hour to full time with some flexibility linked with seasonal workloads
•£12ph (£18,720 @ 30 hours) + Overtime
•Annual Leave - 20 days plus 8 bank holidays
•Company pension scheme.
