I am currently recruiting for a local energy efficiency businesses, who are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Support Administrator to join their friendly team!

Their aim as a business is to ensure all their customers have a good experience and make them their first choice for future purchases and recommendations which is where you come in! As one of the main points of contact for customers, they are looking for someone who can provide an exceptional level of customer service!

The ideal applicant for this role will be able to see a client's potential for business growth and handle themselves in a professional manner. These two skills are crucial in providing the service they strive for and pride themselves on.

Full training on the products the business supply will be provided to give you the confidence to talk to customers.

Key Duties:
•Responding to telephone general enquiries
•Quality checks on returns, refunds, warranty order processing
•Replying to general customer enquiries through the online enquiry system such as order amendments/cancellations
•Updating customers as required and other members of the sales team with regards to order re-dates, shortages or quality issues in a timely manner
•Customer complaints, resolution and tracking of these as and when they occur
•Sales Team support, printing invoices/proformas
•Switchboard/Reception Distributing inbound enquiries to relevant sales teams
•Prospecting further sales opportunities by up-selling and cross selling, establishing a customer's Life Time Value
•Customer qualification and rapport building
•Responding to Live Web Chat

Skills Required:
•Customer service experience in a busy office would be advantageous.
•Strong IT Skills and working with CRM systems, Sage 200 or equivalent software experience preferred.
•Good communication skills with a proactive customer focus.
•Time management of workload with efficiency and accuracy.
•Working on own initiative/ independency.

Additional Information:
•Hours: Full Time (40 hours) Hours TBA
•Location: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk - Parking on site.
•Starting Salary: £19,000 plus potential bonuses
