Sales Executive
£25-30,000 + bonus + car
East Anglia

Working alongside the existing team to expand the work for current clients through innovative ideas, presentation etc. The Sales Executive will all be responsible for gaining new clients and ascertaining the client needs, ensuring their projects are delivered within set timescales and to budget. Working closely with other members of the team and suppliers to deliver the projects. To build strong relationships with the clients and proactively work with them to create as many business opportunities as possible.

Job Responsibilities
•Work with the other team members to deliver proposals to the leads generated and attend new business meetings with potential clients
•Work in conjunction with other team members, liaise with assigned clients to create a project brief and understand their requirements
•To create a close working relationship with potential clients including attending client meetings and new business pitches
•Liaise closely with suppliers in order to produce the projects for clients and new business proposals
•Work to set timescales and budgets in order to meet the targets set by clients
•Proactively pursue additional work from all clients through innovative ideas, presentations etc.
•Responding proactively to all client requirements
•Delegate work as appropriate to other members of the team
•Helping with market analysis and targeting specific geographical areas to identify new leads
•Ensuring company targets in respect to price (£) and gross margin (%) are achieved
•Identifying and maximising sales opportunities by cross selling and upselling to increase account spend
•Positively engaging with customers over the phone and via email, to develop lasting relationships with both new and existing business

Knowledge and Skills
•A high degree of computer literacy including advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite
•Excellent planning and organisational skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Exceptional attention to detail
•Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work to tight deadlines
•An ambitious and driven individual who gives a great first impression
