I am currently supporting a local pioneering business, based in Bury St Edmunds, in their search for a Customer Service and Logistics Co-Coordinator. Over the last decade this business has benefitted from steady growth throughout. They offer substantial investments in staff training, machinery, software and logistics. They pride themselves on their low turnover of staff and their core values.

Duties will include:
•Dealing with all post sale Customer Service
•Managing the Customer Service mailbox
•Liaising with customers, couriers and internal departments
•Resolving difficult customer situations whilst upholding complete professionalism, ensuring the customer is left with a positive outcome every time
•Arranging deliveries timely and efficiently for both the business and the customer, using Quartix tracking system to monitor vehicles
•Co-ordination with production teams to ensure customer's lead times are met
•Managing installations, repairs, and survey's within a booking system
•Liaising with site manager to ensure pre work checks are carried out
•Managing customers' expectations and keeping them fully informed through the end to end process
•Managing and logging customer complaints in line with BSI certification
•Co-ordinating and logging repairs or post installation visits efficiently
•Supporting the implementation of new processes and initiatives
•Communicating effectively across other departments within the business to ensure an interchange of information
•Managing E-Commerce orders

The ideal candidate:
•A positive can do attitude
•Proficient in handling difficult situations and able to operate in a calm manner
•Be able to work as part of a team for the best interests the business and its customers
•Highly organised and methodical
•Articulate with a strong focus on attention to detail
•Experience using CRM packages, MS Excel, MS Word
•Driving Licence and own transport preferable

Additional Information:
Hours: Full Time
Salary: £21,000
Holiday: 20 days plus bank holidays (closed for Christmas)
