This company, a market leader in their field, are seeking an experienced Sales Ledger Clerk to join their team on a temporary basis.
This role will be maintaining the Sales ledger for all companies within the group and you will be responsible for:
Completion of account opening forms
Invoicing and Receipts
Banking of all receipts
Credit Control to include sending out Statements
Communicating with suppliers to ensure timely payment of invoices
Maintaining the Subcontract Ledger
Dealing with subcontract payment queries
Control and administration of the CIS system including submission of monthly returns
To be successful in your application, you will have previous relevant experience to include Sales Ledger, CIS and subcontractor payments experience and be immediately available for work.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm.
This role will suit candidates who have worked as Accounts Assistants, Credit Controllers, Sales Ledger Clerks, or Bookkeepers.
This role is commutable from Thetford, Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket, Red Lodge, Mildenhall and all surrounding villages.
