This company, a market leader in their field, are looking for an experienced Finance Assistant or Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team.
You will be reporting into the Financial Controller and will be responsible for:
Inputting and matching delivery notes to invoices
Investigating and resolving queries
Preparing and processing payment runs
Bank, Petty Cash and VAT Reconciliations
Nominal Journal and receipt posting
To be successful in your application, you will have previous relevant experience of the above duties to include Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger experience along with experience of reconciliations. You will be IT Literate and be confident using Excel and other Microsoft applications.
This role would suit candidates working as Accounts Assistants, Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable Clerks or Bookkeepers.
This role is commutable from Newmarket, Soham, Ely, Mildenhall, Red Lodge, Beck Row, Bury St Edmunds and all surrounding villages.
