My client, an industry leading manufacturing company are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join the team, at their modern offices in Sudbury. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an ambitious and growing company, helping to support existing customer accounts along with generating new business.

Your responsibilities will include:
•Taking inbound calls from customers
•Processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy at all times
•Manage all customer enquiries within target time frames
•Ensure systems are kept accurate and up to date
•Follow up on overdue orders and samples
•Making outbound calls to new and existing customer
•Conduct market research as directed by management to identify new business opportunities
•Review order book of all assigned customers, ensuring data is clean and up-to-date
•Take part in all team meetings
•Other duties as required to support the team

The Ideal Candidate:
•Will be advanced in Microsoft Excel, with experience of setting up look up tables and macros - ESSENTIAL
•Will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a typing speed of 50wmp
•Experience working within the capacity of a Sales Administrator
•Previous Sales Experience is desirable

This role is commutable from, Bury St Edmunds, Haverhill, Braintree, Colchester, Ipswich and surrounding areas.
