I am currently recruiting for a large, local organisation recruiting for a Technical Support Administrator.
Duties will include:
•Answering telephone calls in the target timescale and handling every call professionally.
•Offering technical support and advice to the customer in order to resolve issues over the phone where possible.
•Raising jobs accurately and in a timely manner on the field service support software ensuring the correct SLAs are applied for the issue reported.
•Allocating reactive work to the most appropriate Technician resource in order to support customer SLA's and reduce travel time.
•Monitoring the team inbox, responding to requests received by email from internal and external customers.
•Updating field support software records system accurately to maintain account records.
•Working with Regional Service Managers to support Technicians.
•Checking detailed customer order details to ensure responsibility of products and reduce cost.
•Participating in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and dispense equipment knowledge.
•Aim to achieve personal and team objectives and participate in training when required.
Skills and Experience required:
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Self-Motivated with a positive can-do' attitude
•Able to work as part of a team to reach the common goal
•Able to work well under pressure with attention to detail, accuracy and speed
•Proactive and highly organised
•Strong time management and planning skills
•Proficient in Excel and Outlook
•A minimum of one years' experience in a fast paced office based customer service role
There is free parking on-site and the hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00.
