My client, a well established and esteemed estates agency, is recruiting for a Part Time Lettings Administrator to join their small team. This is a fantastic role for someone looking to develop a new role and be a part of an expanding business.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
•Dealing with property maintenance issues/queries
•Preparing pre-tenancy documents and supervising the moving-in' process
•Carrying out viewings where necessary
•Conducting right to rent' checks using outsourced company
•Managing tenants checking out of properties
•Taking rental payments
•Dealing with general enquires via telephone/email
•General administration duties

The ideal candidate:
•Previous Estate Agency experience is desirable but not essential
•Full Driving License and Own Transport - Essential!
•Strong IT Skills
•Previous experience within an administration role is essential

Additional Information:

Hours: Monday - Friday (9.00am - 2.00pm) or Tuesday - Friday (9.00 - 5.00pm)
Hourly Rate: Negotiable
Employment Type: Permanent/Part Time
Annual Leave: 23 days + bank holidays (Pro Rata)
Mileage: 40p per mile
