Sales & Marketing Recruitment Consultant - Bury St Edmunds

The Role
Reporting into the Sales Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and building an established desk as well as building long term relationships with clients and candidates. You will act as a strong ambassador for one of the leading recruitment specialists in the region. On an ongoing basis you will meet with clients and represent the company in a professional manner listening to clients and candidates needs.
The Person
The ideal candidate will be extremely driven and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a background in sales and ideally 6-12 months in recruitment. You will be results orientated, a strong listener, resourceful and motivated by success as well as being able to work autonomously and within a team environment.
