£16,000 - £18,000
An expanding and evolving business based in the Bury St Edmunds area are looking for an Internal Sales Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will confident and bubbly, with experience of working in an office based sales position. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a market leading organisation!
Your responsibilities will include:
Researching companies and adding them to a database
Making outbound calls to new and existing customers
Build rapport to establish lasting client relationships
Cross selling products where applicable
Processing customer orders
Advising on stock levels and lead times
Answering inbound calls and assisting with customer queries
Providing excellent customer service
Full training will be provided
To be successful in your application you will have an outgoing and friendly personality, with excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner.
In return you will receive 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays and free parking on site. This role is commutable from Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket, Mildenhall, Thetford and surrounding areas. Due to location, your own means of transport is essential.
