Vacancy: Receptionist/Sales Order Processor/Administrator

My client is seeking a well presented, professional Receptionist/Sales Order processor/Administrator to join a customer focussed, friendly team to give a warm welcome whether it is face to face or over the telephone.


Skills

· Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner and the desire to “go the extra mile”


· High attention to detail is essential as you will be inputting sales orders on the system as well as providing other administrative support to the team


· Able to prioritise your work load and have the ability to multitask


· Experience in reception, dealing with customers, taking orders, general office administration


· Sound knowledge of Microsoft Windows suite of packages


· You will be answering and directing incoming calls, recording and delivering messages, taking and processing orders, distributing post, ordering stationery, filing etc
