My client, a leading PR and Marketing company has a vacancy for a highly motivated and driven individual.
You will work as an integral part of a team responsible for the UK PR for a number of well known brands; ideally you will have previous experience or working agency side but this is not a necessity.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with strong PR or journalistic skills that are able to hit the ground running with the ability to self manage and get stuck into the business of a small PR department. You will be confident enough to deal with consumer and trade journalists on a daily basis, building strong and lasting professional relationships with them.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Proof reading
• Copywriting
• Client meetings and production of contact reports
• Client liaison
• Building relationships with local and national media
• Press release and article writing
• Proposals and presentations
• Media selling
• Online and social media
• Providing briefing material for clients
YOU will be able to work independently and be able to manage your own areas of responsibility along with being a strong writer. You will also have solid PR and / or journalistic skills/experience
