This no.1 European manufacturer and distributor is looking to recruit a Technical & Quality Co-ordinator, to help drive continued growth. You will work closely with the Management team by feeding back and monitoring existing products and new ranges on behalf of the Company’s customers.
Key Responsibilities will include:
• Co-ordinate product samples and make sure they meet specification including photographing and measuring
• Be the first point of contact for customer complaints regarding products, feeding back to the suppliers and ensuring a resolution for the customer
• Cross check shipments against customer requests for technical specification and quality
• Look after packaging issues when products come in and also when sent to customers
• Answer queries on products from customers and suppliers
• Co-ordinate shipments
• Site visits to customers and suppliers including some overseas travel
You will be well organised with effective prioritisation skills as you will be working to tight deadlines. You must have a positive, proactive ‘can do’ attitude being able to communicate at all levels. You will be able demonstrate good interpersonal skills and be able to work on your own initiative and as a team player. You must have first class customer services, with the ability to see investigations through to completion and be used to working in a role where process require you to investigate, action and follow up.
