Accounts Clerk – Part-time 3 days a week

£16,000-£18,000 Full Time Equivalent
Bury St Edmunds based organisation is seeking a part-time Accounts candidate to join their team on a permanent basis.
Primarily you will be responsible for all round Purchase Ledger and Credit Control duties using Sage. This will include:
Receiving and processing invoices
Ensuring invoices are authorised for payment
Preparing the payment run
Chasing clients for outstanding debt
Over time and with full training your remit will extend to cover Sales Ledger, Payroll, VAT Return production, PAYE Returns, Payroll Journals and monthly report production.
To be successful in your application you must have previous Sage, Purchase Ledger and Credit Control experience. If you have experience of the extended remit duties please do apply although this is not a prerequisite for the role. You will have a flexible attitude, excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Hours are 9am until 5pm with half an hour for lunch. Free parking on site.
