Are you interested in an Internal Sales position based near Ipswich, Suffolk?
My client an established and exciting player in the travel and tourism industry is looking for a Sales Executive who is motivated, enthusiastic an has a genuine passion for both sales, customer service AND of course travel to join their sales team near Ipswich, Suffolk!
You must have had at least 2 years of target related phone based sales experience to be considered for this position. This is an amazing sales opportunity for a friendly, enthusiastic and eager sales person who is looking for their next sales career move.
You will be responsible for following up any leads and converting contacts into customers, Sales executives are expected to provide excellent levels of Customer Service at all times, whilst striving to hit and exceed their Monthly Sales Targets.
Daily duties will include:
• Delivering outstanding customer service
• Achieving or exceeding monthly individual and company sales targets
• Look for opportunities to maximise revenue on the sale by offering additional products and services where appropriate
• Offer the client flight quotes, travel insurance, hotel nights
• Service telephone/ email/ online bookings and enquiries from clients and provide accurate and timely information as required
• Provide inspiration and information to customers to convert contact into customer
• Processing bookings and raise invoices on internal computer system
• Establishing clients needs and matching them to relevant products & services
• Constantly build up and develop knowledge in product, destination and flight booking system and offers available in order to maximise profitability of flight sales
YOU will ideally have working experience in the travel industry with experience of having been to at least one of the following continents - Asia, Africa, Middle East or The Americas.
You will have solid computer, internet and keyboard skills and knowledge of flight reservation systems. To apply you must hold appropriate citizenship or documents permitting you to reside and work in the UK.
